  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • All original tags and labels must be attached

Custom and Made-to-Order Items

Due to the personalized nature of custom curtains and made-to-order textile products, the following conditions apply:

  • Custom curtains made to your specific measurements are non-refundable
  • Custom fabric orders cannot be returned
  • Personalized items are not eligible for exchange

We encourage all customers to carefully review measurements and fabric choices during the consultation process to ensure satisfaction with custom orders.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos documenting the defect or damage
  • We will arrange for inspection and replacement or refund as appropriate
  • Shipping costs for defective items will be covered by Graxylonkriz

Installation Services

Installation services are non-refundable once completed. If you are dissatisfied with an installation:

  • Contact us within 7 days of installation completion
  • Our team will assess the situation and make necessary adjustments
  • Re-installation may be provided at no additional cost if the original work did not meet our standards

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process:

Refund Processing
